Each Podium site has a slightly different configuration. In addition for security reasons, we close down the site from the internet between each auction so it is only open to us and certain IP Addresses provided by the clients. Between contracts, the sites can be snapshotted and brought back up

System Administratior Ian Closes and opens the sites up.
Auction Manager Ana Review Platform Set upSupport client to create auction and upload lotsRevies Front end
Developer Paul In charge of Back end, functionality and new developments

With each new release we should do a Greenbone Scan, a Sast test and a Dast test to ensure there are no newly identified vulnerabilities.

Client Autobid type User onboarding method Post auction clear down Other notes
Home Depot Canada Podium autobids Previous events agency set the password to be the same for everyone - this needs to change. Previous event’s agency liked to see the previous year’s auction for reference when uploading the lots Use countdown clockWe uploaded their lots for them for the online auctions.
Home Depot USA Normal autobids Users register to the site. Only need to have email address and company name. Pin on registration Clear down everything: bids, auction applications, users, lots, categories Don’t set up an auction.Lots are not visible before login. They upload their own lots and there is very little contact with them other than to clear down the site.
Lowe’s Normal autobids Users are uploaded to the site, and then they invite them to the site where they then set up their own password. Clear down bids and users between golf events. Use countdown clockHave bespoke wording.Login screen is unbranded and lots are not visible before login. There is a bit of javascript for the link between golf lots to the relevant dinner table tickets that is done through the slug. (ie. a bit of a front-end hack Oscar did - we should do something nicer at some point). They upload their own lots but Ana gives them a bit of help with the joining together the 2 lots by tweaking the slug and also the sponsors page.
